How to get rid of hair fall & remedies to control it.

Everytime, when I wake up in the morning to bath  I lost my 20-30 scalps of hair. Also my hair looks thin.

 Blaming on genetics & overthinking of hair fall makes me more depressed each day. But, today I have got a better solution for that. Following these steps I believe you will surely protect you hair and make it more darker. Before this, let's talk about the causes of hair loss.

1. Nutritional Deficiencies
Deficiency of nutrients like Vitamin A, E & C can cause hair loss. These vitamins plays a vital role in the growth of hair cells and quality hair. Also Vitamin D causes baldness of hair. Minerals like magnesium, zinc, iron are also important for strong hair. Daily consumption of these nutrients make a hair strong, healthy & dark.

2. Hormonal Imbalance
After age 30, women experiences more hair fall than before. It is due to hormonal imbalance. Women produces various sex hormones like oestrogen, progesterone and androgens. This hormones has huge effect on the development of genitals and quality hair. But after 30 these hormones begins to convert into dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which consumes androgen and makes the hair to fall & grow thinner.

1. Oral Supplementation



Oral supplementation of a few nutrients, like vitamin A, vitamin E, and selenium, was found to cause hair loss, among other risks . Most hair supplements contain these nutrients, although deficiencies in vitamin A and selenium have not been linked to hair loss. Instead of taking vitamins in their concentrated form as supplements, it is better to take them from fruits and other organic foods.

2. Styling

Heavy usage of hair products and hair accessories can lead to hair loss. Some hair products, like sulfate lauryl shampoos and hair sprays, are known to contain chemicals that are not good for your hair and scalp. Hair accessories (like elastic bands) are known to pull on the hair. These can cause your hair to fall out. Hairstyles that require the hair to be pulled tight like a tight braid or ponytail can also cause hair fall.

4. Apply green tea in your hair & then massage

 Green tea hasn’t yet been scientifically proven to effectively treat hair loss, but some studies have been done and the results suggest that it may be a promising treatment option. Green tea contains antioxidants and vitamins which may prevent hair loss and also help hair growth.

Brew 2 bags of green tea in 1 cup (240 mL) of water. Let the tea cool slightly, and then apply it to your hair.

Leave the tea on for 1 hour. Then, rinse your hair thoroughly.

5. Wash regularly your hair with mild shampoo

Regular hair washing is a part of preventing hair loss by the way of keeping hair and scalp clean. Doing so, you are lowering the risk of infections and dandruff that may lead to hair breakage or loss. Moreover, clean hair gives the impression of more volume.
